Isono · one crack, three motives
Find the angle
Every brief has one thing that makes it hard: a cold launch, a fifth season, a two-second read. I design for that first.
Paul Githingú · Creative Director · Johannesburg
I make key art and campaign visuals for streaming, broadcast and brands, and I do every part myself: concept, shoot, compositing, retouching and grade.

I frame the idea, shoot or source the photographs, then composite, relight, retouch and grade them myself. You deal with one person from the brief to the final file.
Isono · one crack, three motives
Every brief has one thing that makes it hard: a cold launch, a fifth season, a two-second read. I design for that first.
BeforeAfter
I shoot or source every element, then composite, relight and grade until it reads as one photograph. Drag across to see where it started.
Lockdown S5 · key art + posters
The key art and every character poster come out of the same composited world, so the campaign holds together on a billboard and in a feed.
Key art, character posters, billboards and every social cut, built from the same file so they look like one campaign.

The one image a launch hangs on, composited, relit and graded to broadcast standard.
A post for every lead, cut from the same world as the main art.
Built to read in two seconds from a moving car.
9:16, 4:5 and thumbnails exported from the master, not redrawn.
Hand me the whole campaign, or just the frames that have to be perfect.
The whole campaign
Concept, key art, character posters, billboards and every cut-down. You see a finished spec frame before you commit.

Yes, with the scope agreed upfront. For bigger rollouts I bring in named collaborators, and you'll know who they are before they touch the work.
Key art and campaign visuals for Showmax and BET Africa, including Lockdown, Abo Auntie, The Wife and Isono. Every project above is tagged as client work or spec, so you can see which is which.
Yes. Send the selects and I'll take them through compositing, relighting, retouching and grade, or tell you plainly what needs reshooting.
Usage rights are set per project in the quote (channels, territory and term), so you know exactly what you own before you pay the deposit.
No. Delivered work is shot, composited and retouched by hand. Concept mock-ups are labelled as mock-ups, and spec work on this page is tagged as spec.

Key art. One yard, one sun, one shadow direction. Prison case files bleed through the sky, so the story lives in the grain.

Character posters. Paired variants for each lead, cut from the same yard and locked to one title layout.

Character posters. "Nothing can get in the way of…" love, power, revenge. The crack sits over the face, never through the eyes.

Wide banner. Three posters become one cast, one promise and one time slot.

Title card.

The family. Horizontal and vertical cuts of the same golden-hour frame.

The outsider. Cool city light, alone in the street.

Arrival. The gate, the bag, the light falling the other way.

BeforeAfterDrag to compare. The street photo, and the same frame set alight.
Before
AfterStand us. Same pose, new world: the backdrop swapped for a lit arch, leaves and a neon line.

After
AfterWings. The beach portrait and the reference, carried into two finals with wings of light.

Close-ups. The detail holds at full size.

The landscape. Same shoes, released from the ice.

Travis Scott × Nike.

Ford Ranger. Go Further.

Billboard artwork. Dusk grade, light trails, and the product as the only cool colour in the frame.

VaporMax. The swoosh becomes the light source.

Mayfly. A one-day shoe, timed out at 8:88:88.

Key art.

Teasers. The same page, burning a little further each time.

Infographics and launch poster. One action per step, numbered, in the SETA's own orange.

Presentation straps. Speaker name and title, readable from the back of a hall.

Email signatures.

Reel covers. The Corporate Dropout, episode titles set to read at thumbnail size.

On fabric. The mark tested on a tee before it was locked.

Logo selections. Stacked and inline, light and dark.
